Technical brief
Thermal drying is the most effective and reliable technology to reduce the moisture of municipal sludge. It uses steam, boiler flue gas, natural gas or electric heating combined with the international world-class drying equipment to reduce the moisture content of the sludge. After treatment, the moisture of sludge can be reduced to less than 40%, and the sludge volume reduction is more than 60%. The dried sludge then be sent to power plants, cement plants, waste incineration plants and other collaborative incineration to incinerate, and then achieve the final disposal of sludge and resource utilization.

Solar drying technology
Solar drying technology of municipal sludge treatment is applicable for the vast central and western regions of China, Where the land is vast, the population is sparse and the sunshine is full, resulted a low operating cost of the solar drying system. Without auxiliary heat source, the operating cost is mainly electricity, and the direct operating cost can be as low as about 50 yuan/ton, with excellent economy.
